These qualifications are aimed at practicing or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practicing or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organizational strategy.
The diploma contains practical modules, which were designed to enhance the capabilities of managers in their daily job performance. The training methodology adopts the practical method, where the different administrative concepts and techniques that are addressed by each unit are presented and explained during two training days, for each unit. We do this by discussing the practical reality, and the experiences from the 16 reality of the participants’ daily work, through focused discussions and practical activities. Through this, we can reach targeted results, enabling participants to deeply understand these concepts and techniques, link them to their reality, and skillfully apply them in their careers.
