Introduction to the Program

The Strategic Management Process Program is designed for managers like you to understand and develop strategic capabilities in a practical language where it uses practical-based classroom activities, targeting managers up to the CEO level and those aspiring to such roles.
Participation in the program will develop your skills and confidence to implement strategic plans effectively.

Strategic Management Process model

Program Overview

The Strategic Management Process Program is formed of three independent workshops:

Strategic Assessment

The first phase consists of these steps:

identifying the organization’s strategic intent
analyzing the organization and the external environment strategically
conducting SWOT Analysis
and lastly conducting TOWS Analysis, to uncover the strategic options.

Strategy Formulation

The second phase has steps as follows:

identifying strategic options
designing the organization’s business model based on its strategic options
and lastly, designing the strategic plan based upon its business model and strategic options

Strategy Implementation

The third phase consists of:

developing the annual procedural work plan
forming organizational structures
establishing internal environments
and appointing strategic leadership for the organization.
