Peter recently stepped down as Chairman of a European investment and private equity firm he co-founded in 2018. The firm was sold to the other CO-Founder, a US investment bank, in 2021. He now acts as strategy consultant, training management and staff in strategy implementation and execution.
For several years Peter’s main focus has been strategy consulting, guiding businesses in crafting and implementing sustainable strategies in increasingly challenging and competitive business environments. Peter also brings in a wealth of boardroom experience, he is serving as mentor and non-executive director of several businesses on three different continents, bringing a global perspective to the table.
Peter holds an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He was born and raised in Denmark and lived in Australia, the Middle East and Asia for many years.
Peter currently provides strategic management consulting and training to investment firms in the US, Switzerland and the European Union and the US as well as banking institutions in the EU. The focus is on crafting and implementing strategies for investment firms to remain agile and competitive with the increasing investment alternatives offered by online platforms, the further development of fin-tech and AI. Among the strategic tools is the creation of balanced score cards, and cascading score cards for relevant departments.
Peter’s hands-on management experience and consulting in other business segments, including Fin-tech, e-commerce, manufacturing and PPP’s provides additional perspective and insight when delivering strategic management programs and workshops to the investment sector.

Peter currently acts as project director of a team of legal and professional consultants, advising the Omani Ministry of Finance and crafting the implementation of PPP projects in Oman, starting with the privatisation of Liwa Fishing Harb our. This includes business model, financing model and partner selection.
