• Led a significant program of strategic reform commissioned by a large corporate group for senior executives across the corporation (50 businesses in 6 sectors).

• Comprehensive Change Leader for the Establishment of Social Services and Commercial Buildings (a properties investment holding organisation, managing the vast majority of Abu-Dhabi buildings owned by the Government of Abu-Dhabi), leading the restructuring, reorganizing, and managing comprehensive transformation.

• Successfully led a comprehensive change assignment and restructured the Government of Ajman (Including 17 subsidiaries), UAE.

• He has led several significant programs for developing the strategic and leadership skills of hundreds of managers and CEOs over several years based on the strategic management and leadership programs of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI, UK), and assessed tens of them for the Chartered Manager (CMgr) accreditation.

• The developer of the "Strategic Management Process: How to Assess, Formulate, Implement and Control Your Strategy" program and the author of its textbook. The program is mapped by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK and recognized in relation to management and leadership against their Professional Standards.

• Author of “OMAN: Untapped Investment Destination - A Guide to Establishing a Successful Business in Oman” highlighting critical economic, social, legal, and regulatory areas to be considered when investing.

• Able to leverage deep industry expertise and employ analytical rigour to deliver detailed forecasts, enabling management decision-making and resolving critical business problems.

• Proven ability in conducting thorough strategic analysis at all levels, covering, for example, Situation Analysis (5Cs), Five Forces Analysis, Portfolio Analysis, SWOT and TWOS analysis to enable informed strategic counsel.

• The first Gulf States national and one of just a few thousand globally authorized by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (a UN-sanctioned non-government organization), to practice as a Management Consultant. • Over 20 years of experience providing a thorough suite of financial advisory services, including accounting, internal and external auditing in compliance with IFRS reporting standards, budgeting, treasury management, strategic finance, internal controls and risk management.

• As a member of the Investment Committee for the Zubair Corporation, conducted feasibility studies assessing investments, organic and inorganic expansion, and strategic partnerships at national and international levels (covering M&As and JVs).

• Initiated, formulated, and implemented turnaround business re-engineering strategies for high-end firms to turn around P&L bottom lines significantly; for example, I ensured the feasibility of a client in the Steel Industry by designing a turnaround strategy, assisting in change and disaster management during the turnaround phase.

• Successfully developed five start-ups and assisted and mentored dozens of small and medium enterprises.

• Managed the sixth and seventh batches of the Small Enterprises Mentorship Program of Riyada for 2019-2020 and 2023-2024.
