He has directly collaborated with hundreds of CEOs and managers, sharing his profound knowledge and insights. His commitment to fostering talent is further exemplified through his supervision of numerous master’s theses in areas of accounting, management, risk management, and emergencies.
Dr. Al-Mashharawi’s passion for knowledge is evident in his extensive academic contributions. He has authored a myriad of research papers and has undertaken studies, predominantly in strategic management and team leadership. Notably, he was instrumental in developing a strategic plan for the renowned Makkah Eye Hospitals in Sudan for the 2021-2025 period. Furthermore, his academic study for the Islamic University was honored with prestigious awards from the World Bank and the Education Development Fund in 2014.
His adeptness in assessing economic landscapes is highlighted by the impactful feasibility studies he has curated. Among them, the inception of the University of Palestine in Gaza in 2007 and the University of the Nobles for Science and Technology of Sudan (2018) stand out. These projects were supported by eminent foundations like the RAE Charity, and he was pivotal in creating a feasibility study for the innovative Muslim Bazaar global e-platform in Turkey between 2021-2022.
Dr. Al-Mashharawi’s consultancy acumen has often been tapped into by esteemed institutions. A notable stint includes his advisory role with the Ministry of Local Government in Palestine, where he provides a key role in a project aimed at building a computerized performance appraisal system for the Gaza Strip’s municipalities, an initiative funded by the Municipal Lending Fund.
